Summer Mission Trip - July 18th - 23rd
The trip will be July 18-23 and will consist of work on storm damage from Hurricane Ike. The Bolivar Peninsula was greatly devastated along the Texas Gulf Coast, and some 80% are still without homes. Therefore, this year we will work with “Nehemiah's Vision” Disaster Relief Ministry in or near Port Bolivar, Texas (north of Galveston and east of Texas City). We will not give the Lord an offering that did not or does not cost us something. The fee will be determined by how many go, but for example if 20-49 people go, the fee is expected to be $89.00 per person. The fee includes insurance, housing, coordination and other related expenses. More information will be forthcoming as it is received.
